New Anthem is a home for people doing their part to make a real difference in their built and social communities.I created this practice because I’ve lived the tension between big visions and the behind-the-scenes, often unsung work it takes to bring them to life. I’ve seen how often people are told to either tough it out or dream big without the structure, support, or clarity to do either well.I believe we are capable of doing the seemingly impossible when nurtured by a special kind of leadership, the kind that’s collaborative, resilient, empathetic, disciplined, and strategic. Leadership that brings people into sync, unlocks the best in them, and inspires everyone to roll up their sleeves together.Through both the Strategies and Coaching arms, I help leaders build a collective, living and breathing practice of strategy and the clarity and courage to sustain it, so they can reconnect to what matters, create momentum, and lead in a way that works for their mission, their team, and themselves.
