I created New Anthem Solutions because I’ve lived the tension between bold visions and the unsung work required to bring them to life. Too often, people are told to either “push through” or “think big” without the structure, support, or clarity to do either well.
It doesn’t have to be this way. I believe people can do the seemingly impossible when guided by a special kind of leadership—collaborative, resilient, empathetic, disciplined, and strategic. That’s the kind of leadership I help build.

With two decades of executive experience across urban planning, real estate, economic development, and social impact strategy, I've led large, complex initiatives that turned bold ideas into aligned strategy, coordinated action, and measurable results.

My work has shaped generational city-building projects, strengthened cross-sector partnerships, and catalyzed more than $1.4 billion in public and private investment, resulting in new and revitalized parks, transportation facilities, civic spaces, and entire neighborhoods. I've built high-performing teams, crafted shared strategic priorities, and helped organizations move through moments of initiation, growth, transition, and transformative change.

Across every role, one truth has held: strategy only works when people are aligned and able to lead it. And today's organizations know this—trading static plans and program-heavy strategy for human-centered, adaptive strategy grounded in thoughtful leadership.
