I created New Anthem Solutions because I've lived the tension between bold visions and the unsung work required to bring them to life. Too often, people are told to either "push through" or "think big" without the structure, support, or clarity to do either well.

It doesn't have to be this way. I believe people can do the seemingly impossible when guided by a special kind of leadership — collaborative, resilient, empathetic, disciplined, and strategic. That's the kind of leader I work with, and help unlock.

With two decades of executive experience across urban planning, real estate, and economic development, I've led large, complex initiatives that turned bold ideas into aligned strategy, coordinated action, and measurable results — including work on the Amtrak 30th Street Station redevelopment and efforts that catalyzed more than $1.4 billion in public and private investment.

Across every role, one truth held: strategy only works when the people leading it are clear, aligned, and able to sustain it. I learned that the hard way — striving to be the perfect executive, partner, and parent until I hit the wall that high-achievers hit. What I found on the other side wasn't balance. It was alignment. That experience is what took me from city-builder to advisor and coach, and it's what I bring into every engagement.
