My clients and I share a passion for how our work can shape cities and communities.
They come to me at different moments — either stepping into bigger leadership, reshaping how a team works, deciding what comes next, or realizing the way they’ve been leading is taking too much out of themselves or the people around them. Everyone's in their ear, no decision is easy, there's never enough money, and some days the job is hard to like.
What they often have in common is a growing suspicion that some of the rules we've learned about success and commitment aren't working anymore. Constant availability. Pushing harder. Taking on more.
Those rules aren't irrational. They come from wanting the work to matter. And the more we care about the work, the easier it is to believe that doing more means caring more.
At some point, though, more stops being a winning strategy. The things we squeeze out, like time to think, connect, experiment, and collaborate are often the very things that lead to greater impact.
What if redefining "more" is really about redefining success?
What that looks like will be different for every person and every organization, but the goal is to know what you're aiming for, shape the environment, and lead in a way that makes it possible.

For two decades I worked inside the systems my clients are navigating - leading major city-building initiatives, shaping policy, and aligning $1.4B in public and private investment across Philadelphia and beyond.
I know what it takes to do ambitious, impactful work. I also know how easy it is to start believing that more pressure, more hours, and more of yourself are simply part of the deal.
My work now is about helping leaders lead without that belief, so they can create more impact without it costing them everything else, and build teams that carry the work with them.
