We’re used to treating more as proof that things are working: more output, more growth, more responsibility, more of ourselves.
My talks and workshops create space to question that. What happens when more stops helping? What gets squeezed out? And what becomes possible when we make room for things like thinking, connecting, experimenting, and recovering?

We all inherit ideas about what successful leadership is supposed to look like. This session helps people examine those ideas, decide what success means to them without all that noise, and turn that definition into something they can use to make choices about how they work, lead, and spend their energy.

Give Yourself Credit. Advocate For What's Next.
Doing good work is only part of the equation. We also have to be able to recognize our contribution, communicate it clearly, and advocate for what we want next. This session helps people notice when they may be downplaying their impact, give themselves full credit for what's theirs, and practice asking for the growth, opportunity, compensation or support they want.
